Glad Services

Glad Services is a non-profit (501) (c) (3) corporation which functions as an affiliated ministry of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church. The corporation promotes the Gospel of Jesus Christ by seeking to develop faith-based programs and ministries which will provide services that will meet the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of our community.

• Vivid Description:
  Glad Services will establish ministries to provide services that meet the needs of the community.  Many of those ministries will be revenue-generating programs – such as counseling, legal assistance, financial advising, and community outreach – intended to provide affordable services to all clients regardless of income and generate resources for other ministries.  We will support and develop other ministries that share our vision by acquiring outside sources of funding and providing coordination and administrative oversight.  As Glad Services plants the seeds of new ministries and cultivates the expansion of existing ministries, our vision will be replicated, resulting in the significant development of the spiritual and relational quality of life in our community.  Glad Services will be respected as a provider of faith-based programs in the community.

Glad Legal Services – provides pro-bono legal services thereby promoting justice through serving the legal needs of those financially unable to pay for legal advice in consumer related matters. To access the pro-bono legal services please contact Nan McSurdy at 610-678-0266 ext. 212.

Creating Healthy Relationships
“Creating Healthy Relationships” under the leadership of its Founder and CEO, Jim Comenzo, is a counseling ministry committed to strengthening the individual and building the family in Christ. Jim Comenzo is recognized nationally as a marriage and family therapist and is a speaker at marriage seminars and retreats. Jim is a licensed therapist and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family of Therapists. Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Family Therapy from Hahnemann University and the Medical College of Pennsylvania.
